BOTTLE CAP BOUQUETE = A Tiny Garden full of Joy
Our members made small bottle cap bouquets with silk flowers in bottle caps.
Our Des Plaines Garden Club provided the flowers and floral foam to use. Each member made several arrangements, some for themselves and others for our Garden Therapy team to distribute to our community senior facilities, where they will use them as table decorations. Our membership's creativity was in full display, providing quite a variety of designs, colors and shapes.

Des Plaines IL Garden CluB'S DECEMBER 2023 MEETING
At our December 8th Club meeting our Holiday festive craft was presented by
Peggy Garvin from Garvin Gardens, directed our club members to make beautiful swags out of fresh Christmas Greens.
They turned out so great and brought smiles to all who participated.
Our December Garden Club meeting was held Thursday December 8th 2022 Holiday fun time!
We had a great Christmas lunch and our guest speaker was “Bill” from LUURS GARDEN SHOPPE, on forcing Spring bulbs for a little indoor happiness in the colder months.

Our Des Plaines Garden Club’s Fall Luncheon & Fundraiser
Our Annual Fall Luncheon and Fundraiser was a great success with The Basket Raffles. Big board, a Silent Auction, and Bake Sales. This year, we had the addition of a 50/50 raffle, with the proceeds going to our scholarship fund! We had a record of 198 in attendance.
