Des Plaines Garden Club's Plant Sale ~ SATURDAY MAY 14th, 2022
Mark your calendar for our Plant Sale ~ Saturday May 14st, 2022 ~ 8:30AM to Noon
(May 21st ~ Alternate Rain date)
Due to Covid-19, we will be again doing a social distant trunk/farmer's market style event, in the east parking lot (bank parking lot) of the Frisbie Senior Center.
We would greatly appreciate your help with your donations of plants and any garden décor items that you can drop off on our plant sale day from 7am ~ 8am at the Frisbie Senior Center. Plant types: PERENNIALS, ANNUALS, VEGETABLE PLANTS, TROPICAL, HANGING BASKETS OR HOUSE PLANTS.
The proceeds are used to:
* maintain several community projects with our seniors in nursing homes through the Freesbie Senior Center
* provide a program called “Fun with Flowers for school children.
* maintain several community gardens.
The Des Plaines Garden Club is a not-for-profit group of gardeners with over 107 club members.
