At Our October meeting, Kim Pesche of Pesche’s Florist and Garden Center provided us a very informative presentation. Kim showed us ways to do a little fall clean up, but leave most of the good things for the birds, small insects, even butterfly es to survive on over the winter.

Kim says go to their friendly gardening practices website and you will find the entire 12 page document including the excellent photos she shared.
Her passion to project wildlife was very evident. NO mulching those leaves.
Leave them to the tiny parts of nature to survive under.
